Many countries use their satellites to send and receive messages.許多國家利用他們的衛(wèi)星收發(fā)信息。

昨天我收到了朋友的一封電子郵件。
[探究] receive作動詞，意為“收到；接到”，常用短語為receive sth.________sb.，表示“從某人那里收到某物”。其同義詞為get, 反義詞為send(發(fā)送)或give(給予)。例如：
Giving is better than receiving.給予比接收要好。
句型透視
She asked people if they could help her grandma see the world through pictures.
