有關(guān)鍛煉與健康的短文
一、審題定調(diào)
1.確定體裁:本單元的寫作為一篇關(guān)于鍛煉與健康的短文。根據(jù)寫作材料來(lái)看,該類短文可使用記敘文的形式,寫作時(shí)可根據(jù)材料內(nèi)容使用對(duì)比的方法,主要描述自己的變化過(guò)程。
2.確定人稱:本文的主要人稱為第一人稱。
3.確定時(shí)態(tài):由于短文主要講述的是過(guò)去發(fā)生的事情,所以主要用一般過(guò)去時(shí)。
二、謀篇布局
該寫作可以按照時(shí)間順序來(lái)寫,分為三個(gè)段落。
第一段:介紹短文的主題:健康的飲食和規(guī)律的運(yùn)動(dòng)可能有助于防止兒童肥胖。(寫作要求中已給出,然后使用過(guò)渡句引出下文)。
第二段:介紹自己一年前的飲食習(xí)慣以及健康狀況。
第三段:介紹自己的改變以及未來(lái)的打算。
