連接兩個并列的主語時，謂語動詞的單復(fù)數(shù)形式和鄰近的主語保持一致。

both. . . and. . . ……
和……(兩者)都
連接兩個并列的主語時，謂語動詞用復(fù)數(shù)形式。
Both you and he are wrong. 你和他都錯了。
not only. . . but also. . . 不僅……而且……
連接兩個并列的主語時，謂語動詞的數(shù)應(yīng)與鄰近的主語保持一致。
Not only you but also I am wrong. 不僅你錯了，而且我也錯了。
either. . . or. . . 或者……或者……
作主語時，謂語動詞的數(shù)與離得最近的主語保持一致。
Either you or he is wrong. 不是你錯就是他錯了。
