狀語(yǔ)從句
結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)從句
so… that…
so…that…結(jié)構(gòu)的意思是“太……以至于……”。so后面接形容詞或副詞，表示程度，that后接從句表示這一程度造成的影響或結(jié)果。
We were so noisy that our next-door neighbour came to complain.
我們太吵了，以致隔壁鄰居前來(lái)抱怨。
I was so careless that I forgot something important.
我真是粗心，以致忘記了重要的事情。
He speaks so fast that I can’t understand him.
他說(shuō)話太快了，以致我沒(méi)理解他的意思。
讓步狀語(yǔ)從句
although /though
由although引導(dǎo)的讓步狀語(yǔ)從句表示“盡管……，（但是）……”。一般情況下，可以和though引導(dǎo)的讓步狀語(yǔ)從句互換使用，但在口語(yǔ)中though更為常用。
I can look after myself, although/ though it won’t be easy for me.
我還是可以照顧自己的，雖然這對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)并不容易。
Although/ Though Kevin is alone, he is very happy at first.
盡管凱文獨(dú)自一人（在家），但他剛開(kāi)始還是挺高興的。
He went on fighting, though/ although he was wounded.
盡管受了傷，他還是繼續(xù)戰(zhàn)斗。
