概念：在句子中起賓語作用的從句成為賓語從句。
當(dāng)謂語動(dòng)詞表示肯定的概念，如“希望”“相信”“知道”或“說”時(shí)，其后的句子一般由that引導(dǎo)。that沒有任何意義。多數(shù)情況下可以省略。
that引導(dǎo)的賓語從句的謂語動(dòng)詞：believe，expect，explain，feel，hear，hope，imagine，prefer，promise，report，say，see，tell，think，understand，warm，wish。
Practice
Read the passage and answer the questions.
1. What do visitors enjoy doing there?
They enjoy walking around the lakes or climbing up the mountains.
2. Is the highest mountain in England in the park?
Yes, it is.
3. What can you see on a clear day?
I can see a long way from the top of mountain.
Summary
that引導(dǎo)；沒有詞匯意義，只有語法功能，可以省略
陳述語序，即“主語＋謂語＋其它”。
主句是一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)，從句根據(jù)情況選擇不同時(shí)態(tài)。
主句是一般過去時(shí)，從句一般用相應(yīng)的過去時(shí)態(tài)。
注：如果從句表達(dá)的是客觀事實(shí)、真理、自然現(xiàn)象、名言、警句、格言、諺語等等，盡管主 句用一般過去時(shí)，從句也要用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)。
