1. cough n. 咳嗽 v. 咳嗽

2. fever n. 發(fā)燒；發(fā)熱

3. headache n. 頭痛

4. since prep. & conj.自……以來(lái)
since 可作介詞或連詞，意為“自……以來(lái)”，后接表

一般過(guò)去時(shí)的句子，表示一段時(shí)間，常用于完成時(shí)態(tài)。
eg: She has worked here since 1992．
自從1992 年以來(lái)她就在這兒工作。
He has taught us since he came to our school.
自從他來(lái)到我們學(xué)校就一直教我們。
5. health n. 健康
health是不可數(shù)名詞。
其形容詞形式是healthy (反義詞：unhealthy)；
副詞形式是healthily。

be in bad/ poor health 不健康。
6. ill adj. 不健康的；有病的
ill 在句中只能作表語(yǔ)，不能作定語(yǔ)。

【拓展】sick也可表示“生病的”，
在句中既可以作表語(yǔ)又可以作定語(yǔ)，
如“病人”可以說(shuō)a sickman 或 the sick；
但不能說(shuō) an ill man 或 the ill。

She is looking after her sick father.
她在照顧她生病的父親。
語(yǔ)法總結(jié)
現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)
1. 現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)定義：也可以表示某一動(dòng)作從過(guò)去一直延續(xù)到現(xiàn)在。
e.g. Jane has kept the book for three days.
簡(jiǎn)已經(jīng)借這本書(shū)三天了。
The boy has had the bike since last Sunday.
自從上周五，這個(gè)男孩就買了這輛自行車。
2. 現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)的時(shí)間短語(yǔ)：
for和since時(shí)間短語(yǔ)是現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)的常用時(shí)間短語(yǔ)，是現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)的標(biāo)志。
for后面加時(shí)間段，表示一段時(shí)間。
例如：for two weeks
for one month
since后面加時(shí)間點(diǎn)，表示自……以來(lái)。
例如：since last week since 2008
注意：對(duì)for和since時(shí)間短語(yǔ)提問(wèn)用how long。
